3 Tips to Work from Home

Still Getting Use to Work from Home?

Since 18 March, most companies have started implementing “Work from Home” as part of the Movement Control Order. For some of us, adapting to this new way of working is a challenge and this include us here at Pace Up.

Fret not! Here are some of the major tips for you to work at home efficiently.

Design Your Work Space

Create your own work space at home. Have a specific setup so you will get the vibe of working and knowing that you are not on days-off. Not just that, make sure that your work space is properly ventilated, have adequate lighting and at a conducive temperature.

Manage Your Time

Have your weekly and daily plan. The plan is important to identify your deliverable and time can be allocated properly to complete all the task. Do not forget to take occasional break to reduce the stress level.

Keep On Communicating

Stay connected and keep in touch with your colleagues and customers. Apart from traditional e-mails and phone calls, a lot of collaborative tools are available in the market such as Skype, Zoom, Trello, Airtable, and Microsoft Teams just to name a few. Do not limit your connection and stay up to date so other people will know of your work progress.
